1,200 associations in the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole area

Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole participates in the “Antigone des Associations” association fair every year. This event takes place on the second Sunday in September in the Antigone district, reaching all the way from Place Paul Bec down to the banks of the Lez River. Nearly 100,000 people attend the fair to discover some 1,200 associations directly, all organized by theme:

  • Culture and local activities
  • Health, social and citizen issues, farming, animals
  • International, education, environment and religion
  •  Communication, companies, sciences
  •  War veterans
  •  Games and leisure
  •  Sports
  •  Hiking, mountain sports and motor sports
