Éco-défis, un label de la Chambre de Métiers et de l’artisanat, qui a du sens !

The Occitanie Regional Chamber of Professions and Artisanship decided to roll out its new label to promote companies in the territory that are committed to reducing their environmental impact. To earn the label, companies simply need to fulfill at least three challenges from a list of 40 proposed across eight different themes, within a period of three to six months. At the end of that period, a jury awards the Eco-défis (eco-challenges) label to merchants and artisans who meet their challenges successfully.

Discover two companies located in the Montpellier metropolitan area that recently obtained the label:
  • Trinquette Artisanat, a company that creates zero-waste textiles to reduce its waste production. The company’s entire product line is designed and produced within 50 km of Montpellier. The best words to describe this company are: made in France, transparency, and global commitment.
  • Le Panier de Julie, a shop that sells fruit, vegetables, cheese, and crackers, is committed to fighting against food waste, supporting eco-commerce, and promoting local products. “Fresh products, exchange, and sharing!”

You too can join!
