Every year, the CEPS Platform organizes its iCEPS International Scientific Conference on non-pharmacological intervention.
Science and intervention research are helping to make non-drug interventions (NMIs) essential solutions to prevent, treat, and cure health problems. For prevention, NMIs reduce the risks of contracting diseases while improving health habits over the long-term. Used for treatment, they alleviate symptoms, strengthen health conditions, and improve patients’ quality of life. As part of therapies, they enhance biological treatments. Studies show that NMIs also reduce unexpected health care costs and patients’ expenses.

Event agenda:
Thursday, March 28 is dedicated to a plenary conference and posters in French and English on NMI evaluation methods.
Friday, March 29 focuses on presenting the results of studies evaluating NMIs, featuring oral presentations as well as posters in French and English.
Saturday, March 30 offers round-tables and professional workshops on good clinical and scientific practices in the NMI sector. Three conferences open to the public will be held on March 28 and 29 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
