Pocket Films competition: “Montpellier for equality!”

“Montpellier for Equality!” is back with its latest Pocket Films competition! Create a 3-minute film by yourself or as part of a team to promote gender equality! Participate before February 10.

The “Montpellier for Equality!” competition invites 16-25 year olds, associations, companies in Montpellier, as well as Montpellier city employees to shoot a short film (Pocket Film, three minutes maximum) alone or in teams, with whatever digital tools they have at their disposal, such as a smartphone or tablet, in order to present proposals that will help advance the cause of gender equality.

The theme for the 2023 edition: “Women’s right to freedom of choice for their body”.

Competition agenda

  • Registration: exclusively on the City of Montpellier website until February 10, 2023.
  • Submitting entries: Pocket Films must be sent via WeTransfer to montpellierpourlegalite@villemontpellier.fr by midnight on February 20, 2023.
  • Award ceremony: Friday, March 10, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Centre Rabelais in Montpellier. The competition organizers strongly recommend that participants attend the ceremony.
