We produce organic and solidarity-oriented wine, while training people who are often excluded from employment opportunities in wine professions. Operating at the “AgroEcoPôle” (a program for biodiversity through agroecology) at Domaine de Mirabeau in Fabrègues, just outside Montpellier, we have developed a farming cooperative that combines shepherding, market gardening, a vineyard, and outdoor pig breeding.
Highly impacted by the freezing weather we had in April, our organization is launching a grapevine sponsorship campaign to fund the replanting of 3,500 vines to replace the young plants that did not survive the cold.
