FISE World Montpellier – the International Festival of Extreme Sports – the largest annual freestyle sports competition in Europe!
Over 500,000 fans of board and sliding sports and strong sensations gather every year over Ascension weekend to watch the best French and international riders along the banks of the Lez river in downtown Montpellier.
Along with roller-blade, skateboard, BMX, mountain bike, and wakeboard competitions, FISE offers five days of initiations for everyone to sports such as stand-up paddling, surfing, and bodyboarding, and a large gathering of shops featuring equipment and streetwear. Major DJs will mix non-stop to keep up the high-energy ambiance.
