There, the Montpellier group founded in 1995 by Pierre and Chantal Mestre will build its new headquarters, offices, a school, megastore, daycare center, and a hotel.

The project is colossal. The Orchestra-Prémaman group will occupy the last available 11-hectare lot on the Odysseum zone's east side. Last October, Pierre Mestre, Orchestra CEO, and Philippe Saurel, president of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, announced the creation of an "Orchestra campus" covering 38,000 sq. meters. There, the group will build its new headquarters, offices, a showroom, a design school for children's products, as well as the brand's largest retail outlet (8,000 - 10,000 sq. meters), a daycare center, and a hotel. The estimated budget for the project is upwards of €50 million.

Handling logistics for children's fashion articles for Orchestra stores

65,000 to 80,000 sq. meters will be developed by SA3M on behalf of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. Feasibility studies are being carried out at this time. Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole authorities will help the group file its building permit, expected in Q3 of 2018. The entire project is planned to be completed by 2022. The complex will welcome about 1,000 employees, 500 of whom will transition from the company's nearby Saint Aunès site. 500 new jobs will be created.

Space is already tight for employees at the Saint Aunès site, opened in 2012. That site will become a logistics platform specializing in order preparation for e-commerce.

The future logistics platform in Nîmes, planned for 2019-2020, will be dedicated to handling logistics for children's fashion articles for Orchestra stores. The Arras site, which will be expanded from 48,000 sq. meters to 120,000 sq. meters, will focus on child care items.
