After Fortiche Production announced its move to the south last summer, the company has opened two subsidiaries, one in Montpellier and the other in Las Palmas - Gran Canaria.
About Fortiche Production
Fortiche Production is an animation studio based in Paris. Founded in 2009 by Pascal Charrue, Jérôme Combe, and Arnaud Delord, the company refined its own graphic style and a unique mix of 2D and 3D media, easily recognizable within the animation sector. We are a team of artists, technicians, and managers impassioned by beautiful images and great stories.
About Fortiche Animation (Montpellier)
The studio opened its doors on Monday, September 14, 2020, welcoming a team of animators and a production manager working alongside our animation supervisor Alexis Wanneroy. Now with a staff of about fifteen animators, the subsidiary expects to grow and diversify its team.
We have worked with Alexis Wanneroy for several years. His plan had been to move to Montpellier. This seemed like an ideal opportunity to begin a new chapter for Fortiche, enabling us to continue our adventure with him and create a team by his side. We had also met the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole “Company Establishment” and “Cultural and Creative Industries” teams in Paris. They presented potential hosting options as well as the overall attractiveness of the area for our activity.
Once we had made our decision, we benefited from personalized assistance offered by Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, which continued by helping us find the appropriate facilities on site. Not only that, but while we now wait for our team to move to its definitive location in the spring of 2021, the Company Establishment team offered us an ideal flexible landing solution at the Millénaire Office Center in Montpellier. We were therefore able to open the new studio in the fall of 2020.
